“We got locked out of our house today (pregnancy brain mixed with being in a rush) and called Madison Locksmith & Safe for help since they were closer-ish to us. There were no immediately available technicians in the area, but the man we spoke with was determined to help us out. Russ came to us within 20 minutes after shutting down shop to help us, keeping us out of the heat and getting us back in before thunderstorms in the afternoon. We were able to get back inside & have a spare made on the spot. 10/10 would recommend & will be using again if needed!“
