“Crystal is hands down the best!! She did things I didn’t even know were possible with my dress. I brought my dress to her in January and my wedding was in March…miracle workers to say the least. I didn’t just want to take it anywhere with the amount of detail on it. I was too short for it (which is something I never thought about), and the top and neck of the dress were very large. Crystal and her team truly did amazing, I felt like they made me a custom dress. I’ve posted the before and after pictures.”
“Deleted my original review after speaking with the owner, he was even willing to do an exchange of badgeswith me after I transferred agencies as the original badge I ordered was useless at that point and since the badge was still brand new and unopened, he allowed me to simply exchange it for one with my new agency, and I am very much appreciative of him doing that exchange when he didn’t have to, to me that means he truly values his customers! Will definitely be buying from him again in the future!”
