“I dropped off some clothes that needed to be ready by Thursday. When I went to pick them up, I was told they wouldn't be ready until Friday after 5 PM. I was leaving town Friday morning. I went to their website, to the contact us tab, and explained my problem. Within an hour, the owner was trying to.contact me. He had to try several times before he got in touch with me. He personally delivered the clothes to the store less than. 2 hours after my initial contact with him. He was very helpful and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. And he has my respect and my business from now on. That is how you run a business and I couldn't be more thankful.“
