the doctors there are great! but the last two times i’ve went i told the receptionist to schedule me an appointment three months out & discussed the date with her, she even wrote it down on a card. then when it came time for my appointment i knew she didn’t put it in the computer bc i never got an appointment notification.

I’ve had tons of massages in my life. Shayna is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She always makes me feel like a new person! I get knots in my back and shoulders so bad. She is the only massage therapist that I’ve been to that can actually work those knots out. She always asks what I need each time I go see her. She always does exactly what I ask for. If anyone ever asks me what I want for a gift around the holidays, I always ask for gift cards for massages from her. I have gotten my family gift cards to go see her. I ALWAYS recommend her anytime anyone ever asks me and I will continue to do so. She’s hands down the best there is! I will never go anywhere else!

I have had multiple things done here. First, I’ve had multiple massages done - I’ve been a loyal client to Shayna where ever she went. Most recently I had a migraine to where I could barely hold my eyes open, my chiropractor wasn’t open that day — but Shayna fit me in her schedule for a 30 minute massage - focusing mainly my neck and back of my head—and by the time I left, so much pressure had been relieved. When someone asks who I recommend for a massage, Shayna will ALWAYS BE MY ANSWER.The other service I got was a hydro facial, my skin felt so soft and so smooth after I left from visiting with Chasity. I will definitely be going back to see her to keep my pores from being clogged like they were!

Mary did a great job on my color, cut today I I am extremely happy with the haircut and the color that she applied on my hair today this is the very first time I’ve ever had her do my hair and I would let her do it again . She also put a conditioner mask , my hair feels amazing ! Thanks again!♥️♥️

They are absolutely amazing! They are so sweet! I have gotten Botox and laser removal, their laser removal doesn’t hurt at all! I was so nervous but nothing no pain! They also have a membership! I signed up! ❤️ 10000% recommend!!!

I do not normally write reviews but I had my second massage there yesterday afternoon and it was just bad. I had one a while back and had asked for s deep tissue and she barely used any pressure. But then yesterday afternoon I went and the girl started out great with good pressure, I had asked her to spend time on my back because I had a tight knotted up spot. She spent like maybe 10 minutes on it. Then she went to my legs and spent about 30 minutes on just my calves which like no presuure at all -- kind of like she was just not feeling it which I told her mid way through I would like to focus on my glutes and back more she spent like 5 minutes on my glutes then did not touch my back again. Also she sat down like 75% of the time and she kept taking these long breaks also. I tried to give this place another shot but I wont be going back

I had the Cool Peel laser 1 month ago per Dr Nease’s recommendation. Today someone who hadn’t seen me in a while asked my 15 year old son if his Mom had a younger sister! She said she thought I was 35 tops and asked me about my skin care. I'm 46!! She was 28. Made my whole day! So thankful for Dr Nease, his staff and all you do for your patients!

Mary is great, she has never let me down when doing my hair. I will continue to go to her. Haley is awesome and has done a great job with me eye lashes, and she is who I prefer to have them done by. The atmosphere is nice, but I find there has been a large turnover in staff, and it seems the owner fires at whim, that to me is very unprofessional. You go in to have your services done and all they say is that person is no longer here. Since this is where you build relationships with your service provider, I think the owner needs to stop the drama and think about all the turnover there. I’ve had several services done there, even received Botox when they added the services of a plastic surgeon, I unfortunately will not get those services done again there. I asked for what I had received prior to that which consisted of 15ccs, and that took care of the problem I wanted fixed. At EDM they gave me 20ccs, and in my opinion that was more than I needed and cost me $100 more than I what normally get. I recommend you get educated on how much Botox you would need for the services you want done, and look for another place to go.Edit: I was contacted and all of my issues have been addressed. In my opinion I do think this place is a great salon, and all will have a different experience and as most of mine have been a pleasurable experience, I will continue to get some of the services they offer.

I have had many things done at Earl. Hair, nails, and the awesome cocoon pod is the best! I have had outstanding experiences each time I’ve gone here. I also get my children’s hair cut here. Love this place!

Love the friendly staff and wonderful spa environment. Very warm welcome and immaculate beauty bar. Most amazing nail tech Elyse as well. Every visit is so relaxing and enjoyable.
