Prior to your 1st visit they ask to conduct a test run to observe your dog to ensure they are not aggressive. This policy seems to pay off since our dog loves the place. Each cat gets its own 2 level 'apartment.' They always return our calls to schedule boarding. Pets always return healthy and happy. They have our strongest recommendation.“
