We are always pleased with Central Heat & Air. They are our go-to when things go wrong and for maintenance. They responded quickly and the technician was polite, personable and very knowledgeable. Great job as always!
Central promptly sent a Tech our way as our heater wasn't keeping up. Evan thoroughly checked out our unit and found that whoever had serviced this unit last had not connected the wires for the auxiliary heating elements. He fixed the issue and got us up and running. OBTW, he could've told us anything and overcharged for work we didn't need, and we wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, he displayed integrity and honesty. This is why we always trust these folks and are forever customers.
I am a former contractor (7 years of experience) who used Central when building my personal residence. They are one of the best subcontractors I have ever used. The HVAC design was excellent in a challenging floorplan. Their execution was great including making adjustments to correct damage caused by other subcontractors. Follow up was always timely and courteous.
