Central promptly sent a Tech our way as our heater wasn't keeping up. Evan thoroughly checked out our unit and found that whoever had serviced this unit last had not connected the wires for the auxiliary heating elements. He fixed the issue and got us up and running. OBTW, he could've told us anything and overcharged for work we didn't need, and we wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, he displayed integrity and honesty.
