So I found Tip Top Kimble cleaning because I receive respite care for my son with special needs. I had a lady come in the week before for a different company and I was disappointed. I spoke to Kendra the owner of Tip Top and explained what happened. Kendra listened and was so compassionate! She said I was out of her service range but for a travel fee, she would come to me. She explained all what was included and I would receive a copy of the quote for review and add on should I want to include extra services after Helen the lovely lady to clean my home would come look at the home first for the estimate. They are awesome! They gave a professional written quote. They worked around our schedule and showed up at the exact time they promised. They were personable and kept us informed throughout the service. They performed a detailed deep cleaning on the entire house! My wife and I are extremely satisfied and thankful for the cleaning of our home! We will be using TipTop Kimble's Cleaning Service on a regular basis from now on!!
