Mike was a pleasure to work with. Extremely thorough and his communication was excellent, which is exactly what you want in a home inspector. I left him a message and he returned my call quickly to setup time for the inspection. Immediately after the inspection he called and gave me an overview of the most important items, later that night he provided me the full inspection report. I called him to clarify a few things, he was patient and again a great communicator.
