Every one at the salon was so sweet! Brittney was so kind, thoughtful, and exceeded all expectations. She gave me insight on everything, even before my actual appointment. She made sure I was aware of any potential outcomes of my hair (for instance it not getting as light as I’d hoped). But then the color ended up getting to be exactly what I asked for! An overall thrilling experience and I am beyond grateful that these ladies were willing to take me on such short notice

Root 43 is a wonderful salon. I have been going there for years and highly recommend it. Mallory is my stylist and she does an amazing job. She listens and goes over and beyond to make your session relaxing. Her experience is top notch. She has surrounded herself with the most kind team which lends to a positive environment. I get a blonde foil and she is careful to never leave any brassy tones. I have also seen Mary and she is an excellent stylist whom I would recommend as well. The salon is fully staffed and also carries the best products to help you keep that perfect cut and color looking it’s best. The Ladies at Root 43 are top notch! When we had a scheduling mishap (no fault of Root 43) they stepped up and saved the day. Mallory came in on her day off to do hair and makeup when we were in a pinch. We have had hair and makeup by Mallory, Madi Myers, and Anna and they have all done an excellent jobs but today they went above and beyond! Highly recommend them for any service!!
