If I could put 0 stars, I would. 4 days ago me and my Realtor went to look at a home being sold by Anita Nelson ( her personal home) Everything went great and we put in a offer OVER her asking price. Anita Nelson messaged us the next morning saying she would be sending a counter offer. That night she messages us saying that she may have listed it for the max and would need to talk to some other agents to find out. The morning after that she messages us saying that the house was not listed at max , everything was good and she would be sending over her counter offer as soon as she got home. She never did. I haven't been inside or met in person, but I did speak with a gentleman about getting the ball rolling to look for a place. He was so kind and explained all the things I need to get ready. Definitely recommend
