“Scott was referred to me by my insurance agent, and SOCO Roofing is the name of his company.
After a hailstorm, I was told by an "Ambulance Chaser/Roofer", I had damage. I was uncomfortable, and the guy felt shady. So I called my insurance company for advice. I had a few referrals, and had several quotes given. Scott's was in alignment with the others, however, he never offered to fraudulently move the numbers to cover my deductible. Every other roofer did. So we chose Scott and SOCO.
He walked us through every step, and he was extremely professional and patient, especially as the payment had to go from Insurance to me, to my Mortgage company and then back to me before I could pay Scott. When his crew arrived, they were very well prepared and extremely efficient. They showed up as I was leaving for work, and when I returned home that evening, they were wrapping up the job! I have over 2400 Sq ft under roof, steep pitch, with multiple dormers and valleys. So impressive!
Whenever you have damage to your home, it's a terrible situation. But SOCO and Scott made it as painless as it could possibly be. I would recommend his company for anyone needing roof work.
