SoCo crew did a great job installing my rook and underlayment. Had some tremendous storms since then and the roof is intact and had no leaks. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.
I listened to Don Mahone give a brief but impactful presentation on roofing jobs. He explained how he and his crew know what to look for from your previous roofing job. He had some great pointers on how to know if a job is being done correctly and had some great advice on roofing to use for rentals versus your main home.
Scott spent 3 hours assessing my issues throughly, he was precise with his estimates and was on the job supervising several times during the project.The crew was courteous and respectful. They left the job with the surrounding area looking immaculate
