My son was seen for a hand injury. They got us back fast to asses the severity and Mike took him straight back to the procedure room for sutures. Laurie and Shawna reacted quickly and calmly. Mike was great, he made a tense moment feel a little lighter , he was able to suture the wound and we left with specific care instructions. Kudos to this team !!
Very friendly staff. Courtney was very sweet and patient. I couldn’t find my insurance information and I felt overwhelmed, she informed me to take my time and assisted me on locating it on my app.
I was not properly checked in and waited almost 2 hours before I was seen, but they were incredibly gracious and helpful once thei oversight was brought to their attention. Attentive and compassionate staff.
