They have serviced and repaired very old units to keep them in great working order, and they come quickly. The company has kept systems in very good and reliable order for many years. Technicians are very friendly, exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They provide thorough diagnoses and answer all questions. They are transparent with the price and services, with no additional charges, and the price is fair. They complete work in the timeframe proposed and clean up after they are finished. They have come the next day during a heat wave, fixed units in 95 degree heat, and even checked out other equipment at a request. They replaced a plastic vent with metal, completing the job in about four hours. Customers are pleased with the work and cost, and will definitely call again. Top notch service, always.
This is a fantastic company. We had a somewhat difficult location where they had to place our AC unit, and they handled it expertly. Their price was the most competitive of the bids we took. They were friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them.
