Jacob, Tripp, and Daulton did a great job. We had our routine service scheduled and discovered a bigger than typical issue. We decided to replace our 17+ year old units rather than continue to replace parts. By 3pm the same day, everything was completed! Amazing!
Called and made an appointment for the same day. Mark -the technician- showed up that afternoon even though it was rainy. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He went over everything with us and did not make a mess. Performed his job in a timely manner. Will definitely use Pell City Heating and Cooling in the future when the need arises. Class Act.
We were with out air and heat in early spring. We called Pell City heating and Cooling on Thursday. Mark came out the next day. Checked everything out, made recommendations on size, adding an additional duct in an addition room. Answers our questions completely. Monday morning we had a wonderful crew at house installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Everyone was great! By that afternoon we were enjoying a cool house. No mess, no issues and very respectful. No mess afterwards. We are so thankful and impressed by this company!
