I absolutely love this place. They take such great care of my dogs from an emergency that I had with my puppy in the day. I got her to just shots random questions throughout the year. They always make sure I know what’s going on. They also make sure that we leave happy and that my dogs aren’t scared of them my dogs absolutely love to go into the vets office. They dragged me through the door just to be able to be in there and see them. They are very reasonably priced and I like the fact that whenever we go in, we feel like family. They greet us with a smile they make sure that not just the animals, but the people understand and are happy with the progress as being made. I just think all the staff members for being there whenever we didn’t think the pup was gonna make it and being very understanding with everything we went through.

They took great care of our Cooper after he was hit by a car. Took him right in when my husband got there and treated him quickly. We're so appreciative of Dr. Trott and the staff there. He's on the road to recovery now!

I do not write post but the recent experience with the owner and the Dr was so unpleasant I had to voice it. I have been there with other dog of mine personally, for minor things, a bit expensive but I didn’t mind. However, the policy I don’t care for is the over night after a surgery where they don’t allow you pet to come home if you voice about their behavior or issues. Yes, they let my other dog home from a minor eye surgery because she has sleep apnea and no one is there to supervise them at night. Which I explain that my dog Thor was suppose to get neutered for about 275 depending on weight. I was telling them about his anxiety and I worked in the ICU for 4 years and been fostering for over a decade. I would like to pick him up later on that afternoon before they closed so I can monitor him at night and gives them several hours after surgery to make sure he’s ok. However, the owner was telling their policy and saying no, not rude just enforcing it. However, the vet(Dr) was very rude and saying no client is going to tell her what she is going to do and that’s it. Which I was just explaining about my dog behavior and stress level. This is my baby and I’m paying. She was so rude I had to make this post. I work for 2 non profit organizations and one is for rescuing animals. She (Dr) was so unprofessional, maybe she was having a stressful or bad day, but there is no excuse to use your authority in such a demeaning manor. I called another veterinarian office and am able to pick him up that same day also it was half the price. Which they are amazing and is where I take the other animals for the non profit organization. But, in the end is where I will be going.
