I used to go to this gym and I have to say, It is a fantastic gym.
I love the Christian community here, and just the whole vibe when you are at this gym.
Feels like a second home for a lot of the folks who go there.
Davie runs a tight ship, I gotta say.
Clean, sharp, safe, secure, large gym, with a POOL as well, literally all you could ever ask for, I mean, even during peak hours, you can get a good workout in.
In order to save money; I stopped going, was just too far of a drive to go and the price is kinda high for a broke dude like me.

Best gym around. Hands down.
classic weighted equipment for heavy lifters and more modern equipment as well...but let me just say, you really feel a difference when you use plates and weights....
As a dad I have energy now to chase my kids around and keep up.
Pool, sauna, lockers, clean, and kids play room.
I go here for swimming especially for physical therapy. The pool is amazing and warm and clean. The entire place is very clean and organized. The tanning is a very nice perk for members. Love that you can bring kids and they can have fun in their own little space.
