Update Changing this review to 5 stars. The owner of the salon contacted my wife and gave a sincere apology. Apology was accepted and we will be returning. It is very much appreciated to see this business does care about their customers.
Very poor customer service. My wife and I walked in for pedicures. Was greeted and shown to work stations almost immediately. We were seated next to each other. The young lady that worked with me was named Crystal. She was very nice and did an outstanding job. A tall young fellow started to take care of my wife. Today I had my first visit to H&B nails and it won’t be my last. Amy was incredibly sweet and took her time doing my nails and pedicure.
When she started my nails she painted one and let me see it to make sure I liked the color before continuing.
When I was getting ready to leave it started pouring rain so she offered me her umbrella so I wouldn’t get soaking wet on my way to the car. When I drove up to the door to return it she met me outside with another umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet giving her the other one back.
She truly went above and beyond for me today. She was truly so kind!
