My Samsung clothes dryer went out this past weekend while I was at work, so my wife went on google and found Mr Odom due to his stellar reviews... That being said, the reviews are 100% accurate! He immediately responded, came out today (2 days later), arrived at his scheduled arrival time, and came in, identified and fixed the problem and was out in less than an hour. AND to top it all off, his pricing was VERY reasonable. SUPER friendly man, very knowledgeable with his work... FANTASTIC experience. I 1000% recommend Odom's Appliance Service and will be using him for any problems from now on!
Mr. Odom was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He repaired my Refrigerator at a reasonable cost. He explained (in his opinion) he would not invest in the expensive parts to repair my older washer. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I highly recommend Odom Appliance Service.
Called them AND THEY CALLED BACK!!! Appointment was made and I got a confirmation text message. I got a phone call day of to let me know he was en route. Communication between client and customer is beyond exceptional!!!! Al came and fixed my washing machine. VERY professional. Would recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance fixed.
