My old vac was done. I went in Nov. 2, 2025, where I was greeted by Mr. Tony Lord. If I were rating his service and this business, they would have A+ from this retired teacher. The old cycle of spending $75 at Walmart, only to do it again in three years, is over.
I am a long time customer, having bought a couple vacuums over the years, and even brought my daughter here to buy her first vacuum because I love a small family business that gives excellent service. Now that I have aged into my 70s I find the heavier vacuum is harder for me to handle, so I decided to get a stick vacuum that would be lighter and easier to handle. At first the battery didnt seem to last long so I took it back and Dave patiently gave me hints and set me up with a spare battery. Now I love it and I love AA Vacuum!
