Mark Flannery's expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and design were evident in project he took on at my request. I asked Mark to build a full bath in a 10'x 10' space. Mark estimated a cost before I signed a contract, and he remained within that estimate. When I asked for additional work, he was clear about costs that were beyond our initial contract. Mark has a good eye for color and design (paint, flooring, blinds etc.) and practical sense to recommend what is economical. Puntual, precise and honest are the three words that suit him best. Mark has helped us out with many projects, going from minor maintenance issues to entire house renovations.
