The chemistry of this staff is incredible. They are all very kind, they listen, hear and look out for what is the best for me. I make myself knowledgeable on my medical requirements, I share it with them, and we make a plan based on the knowledge that we bring to the table. Go team!! I have been a patient of Dr. Hoy since Dr. Cloutier retired and the Jackson Clinic purchased his practice. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Hoy and his staff. I moved to Montgomery last year, and while there are other practices closer to where I live and work, I don't think I could find a more compassionate, kind, and understanding personal physician than Dr. Hoy. He is easily the most personable and down-to-earth doctor that I have ever met. I know, unlike many other practices, that I am not just a number to them or a quick buck, and that they truly do care about my health.
