We have been using partners for pets for a few years and when they opened this Prattville location we were excited to have a spot closer where we trust the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Every visit we have is met with professionalism and genuine care for our fur baby and we appreciate what they do for us.
My dog experienced a medical emergency and I brought him to his vet, which is Partners for Pets - Prattville. They immediately brought us to the back to examine him; I'm assuming the doctor was on lunch break, but I was informed that she was now on her way back. My dog ended up being admitted. The doctor called me within an hour or so to inform me of everything, then she called again after his surgery to keep me updated with his care plan. When I went to pick my dog up the following afternoon, I was very relieved to learn the office has a payment plan program.
