Richard Manning Building Company, LLC is a highly recommended builder for all building needs. Richard did a renovation on a house, replacing windows, installing siding, painting the inside, installing new flooring, and repairing the deck. The company is the best dealt with, with all workers being very professional and extremely efficient. Richard added a screened-in porch and new windows, and the porch is absolutely beautiful. Richard is a phenomenal builder, easy to work with, and with you every step of the way. The team worked to make interior design selections easy and perfect, including adding a fitness room and a workshop. Richard Manning is the best builder in the area, with top-notch contractors and a foreman who addressed every concern.

Richard Manning is a phenomenal builder. He was extremely easy to work with and understood exactly what I was trying to envision on the new house. He’s with you every step of the way and had top notch contractors. Can’t say enough good things about his foreman. Ryan addressed every concern and was extremely helpful throughout the build. Wouldn’t hesitate to have Richard Manning build any of my future projects/homes. Best builder in the area hands down.
