Went in today for a serious cough and nasal congestion. The Dr was very professional and helpful. First time going there and I would highly recommend them. Next time I'm sick I'll be back.

THIS DOCTOR IS A QUACK MY FRIEND SEES DR. TRINDAD. SHE IS TREATED LIKE DAY OLD TRASH. THE NURSE IS VERY RUDE. HE HAS LITERALLY LET MY FRIEND KNOCK ON DEATHS DOOR. YOU ARE SIGNING YOUR DEATH CERTIFICATE IF YOU SEE THIS DOCTOR

Staff and Dr we're great, there work ethic was above and beyond. I went for a abdomenal pain, but they noticed I've been having high blood pressure issues, so he took the initiative to deal with that as well. Thx guys.

I had no issue with the clinic or Dr Trinidad, he was helpful and willing to discuss and give suggestions to a range of health concerns and held a holistic approach to health and wellness. I was seeing him for a yearly health checkup that is covered under insurance as preventative care.The clinic billed it incorrectly and although always said they would correct it, failed to correct it numerous times, as I contacted them after each bill they sent. They finally sent my bill to collections, instead of fixing their error. I contacted them again, and they finally directed me to their third party billing agency, that agency did not follow up or fix the issue.I am beyond disgusted and frustrated with their handling of insurance and customer service. I finally simply paid the bill since it would eventually be reported on my credit. However, I will never be using them again due to these issues.

Dr. Charlton Trinidad has been my doctor for years. I am very particular about who i let treat me. He is very thorough and does not give up when it comes to finding the problem, or treating your problems. The staff is amazing!!! Every time i go in i feel like I’m a part of their “office family”. You would feel the same way if you walked into the clinic and heard the staff say, “hey Cricket”. They call me cricket, my chart has cricket on it, and because they rarely call me by my legal name. Dr T, writes cricket on my prescriptions. Haha! Can’t help but love him and everyone on his staff. Thank you all for being so attentive and caring for your patients the way you do!
