We are extremely glad we hired a home inspector! Detailed, thorough, and methodical in reviewing the site before the concrete was poured. Identified key items that needed attention and clearly explained what should be corrected prior to the pour. Quick with both scheduling and delivering report. Communication was excellent very responsive to calls and messages. The report was organized, easy to understand, and included photos for documentation. Highly recommend for anyone building a new home. A pre-slab inspection is critical, and having someone this detailed makes a big difference.

Will be using Ken again for pre dry wall and final inspection.

Ken and Anderson were very thorough. They identified items that needed attention allowing us to put together a plan that we are using to revitalize the home that we purchased. The people we have hired to do the suggested work have seen the inspection report and have all remarked on how impressed they are with it. They were very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what we were seeing and why it was important. They were also friendly and courteous. Can't say enough good things about them.
