Joy was fantastic! The process went smoothly and quickly and I am already rebooked for next time. I'm pretty picky with my brows and I was very happy with the results.
Edit Dec 2024 - Joy's not there anymore unfortunately but I have seen Gracie for the last several months and she is phenomenal!!! Always professional and very friendly, communicates clearly, takes her time and does a great job. I'm always super happy with all my experiences at this location.
This was my first time being serviced at this facility. Ms. Hannah does exhibit great customer service skills. She is delightful & made me feel at ease. The place is immaculate. All staff I encountered were great. I was pleased with the way my brows turned out. 😊👍🏽👌🏾
Gracie is super amazing & has been extremely patient with me in the room. She made me feel so comfortable while being 6 months pregnant. Definitely booking another one with her again💕
