Great Service , I had a major issue with my Lap Top that I use for my Business so I called BWS and talked to them. I spoke with Victoria and she was very nice and told me they would be glad to check it out for me. I took it in and there Tec TRENT very nice young man checked it out and it had some major issues mainly with the Hard Drive because of the Age it was. He explained everything to me and what he could do and the best less expensive way to go and when he could have it ready. He took care of it and got me up and going. But the main thing was there Customer Service it was really Great . I would Recommend BWS to anyone having Computer Issues

I brought my pc for fixing and had great reception but I was wondering if you guys fix monitor screens because I accidentally pushed in the screen and now there is a big black rectangle on half the screen.
