“We have been using partners for pets for a few years and when they opened this Prattville location we were excited to have a spot closer where we trust the knowledge and expertise of the staff. Every visit we have is met with professionalism and genuine care for our fur baby and we appreciate what they do for us.”
“We are traveling from Texas to NC with a puppy to meet his new family and he had a mysterious eye injury appear, since we were pretty far from home I was worried about prolonging vet care just in case it was something serious that could cause him to go blind. I wasn’t sure if they took walk ins but they were willing to fit Taz in and get him seen. I was told it would be an hour or so before he was seen but it was much sooner and Dr. Gamper was very kind and knowledgeable. He told me that it will heal quickly and he gave him his first drops. Well it’s been about 6 hours since then and the eye already looks almost completely normal! Thank yall for getting Taz in and out quickly and efficiently! If I wasn’t so far away I would definitely come back!”
“Dr Stephens and the staff were amazing. I have a particularly spicy cat, and despite the cattitude, they handled him with compassion and patience. Not to mention, they are very reasonably priced. I was more surprised that it wasn't as expensive as I've seen in the past.”
