Had a very pleasant experience with the Prattville America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses located next to Prattville Walmart. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted, asked what I was looking for and was directed to the women’s section. No sales person was looking over my shoulder or pressuring me to purchase higher end glasses. I was left alone to browse and find the glasses I wanted. When I was checking out, my salesman did not try to push any “extras” on me. What was better, I could not decide between 2 regular glasses. My salesman worked it out to where I got 2 regular pair of glasses (1 being Vera Bradley pair) and a pair of sunglasses (Nike brand)for under $400!! Ray Freeman was my salesman and he was Fantastic! I highly recommend them!! I could not be more impressed and pleased!

I came in to get my frames adjusted after a car accident and they helped me right away. I also had on a backup pair of glasses I purchased years ago and they help me tighten the loose screws without me asking. Awesome costumer service!
