I personally have come to this location for the last 3 years. I have always been given excellent care. That being said the new eye professionals in there the (doc and the tech) are phenomenal. I have never had a more positive or enjoyable experience having my vision needs taken care of. The attentiveness and respect in my transition to contacts versus my glasses has been truly amazing because of the staff at this location. I’m not a big google reviewer but this was an experience worth sharing.

The name says it all! Kristina showed exceptional character on multiple occasions. No question was left unanswered and she treated me like family!!! Truly the epitome of the brand that American Best conveys! Thanks a lot Kristina, Amanda and staff!!!

The staff at the Prattville location was so efficient and kind. We brought 5 kids in for exams and they got us in and out in an hour. We will be back when it’s time to order glasses.
