Called these folks on short notice the other day after another company failed to follow through with emptying our septic tank. The gentlemen came by this morning as scheduled, no bs excuses about forgetting we had an appointment, and they've been emptying our tank as promised. When these people say they'll do something, they actually do it. Kudos to these fine men for not being quitters.

We noticed one of our tubs stopped draining and toilets wouldn't flush. Called Caples at 7am and they arrived at 9:45am and immediately went to work. Very courteous, honest and I will recommend them to anyone that has septic tank issues.
