We noticed one of our tubs stopped draining and toilets wouldn't flush. Called Caples at 7am and they arrived at 9:45am and immediately went to work. Very courteous, honest and I will recommend them to anyone that has septic tank issues.
These guys are very professional. They answered my call and actually came out the same evening and worked for a couple of hours until they fixed our problem. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Caples and his guys to anyone who’s having septic tank issues. Their prices are very reasonable, but the fact that they are so professional and know what they’re doing which makes them very efficient and effective, makes the cost seem really low for the service. Well worth the cost. Lifesavers in my book.
