I called with a back up! The receptionists Dixie and Bethany were amazing and genuinely concerned. They had someone out the same day! The service was great. The technicians Austin and Terry were very knowledgeable and got me taken care of in no time! Highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing and septic needs !!!
I wish I could give this crew more than 5 stars! Dixie is so sweet and easy to work with in the office. I had my septic tank pumped and they found my header line was broken. Gary, Terry, and Austin did a fantastic job. They were able to work with me and get it repaired the next day. I got home the day of the repair and when I ran my washing machine it backed up in my bathtub. I freaked out and called Elite since I wasn’t sure what to do and Austin and Terry was back out here an hour from that phone call and was able to clear my clog and get me going again. They were friendly and honest about some things I need fixed with my plumbing and what can wait. 10/10 recommend… read full review
