I have been filing my taxes with Jorge and Fernando for 7 years but, their ethic has gone down the drain. I totally understand operating a business is expensive and there for they should raise their servicing fees but, it's ridiculous now. Everyone is better off calling 211 to find a free tax service provider in your area. I requested a PDF copy of my taxes and via text and one week past no response. I then, called Jorge and he stated he could do it at the end of the day for an additional $20. Im blessed to know how to use a scanner but many under represented minorities use their tax services and are not that tech savi. I have referred many clients to them but, I... read full review
