Our washing machine was not working a while back. We called him he got here quickly knew exactly what was wrong with it. He fixed it so thankful we didn't have to buy a new one. He has done other work for us after that. Nce guy tells you what you need to do if something isn't working. We also had another problem he was out of town but sent another guy to come fix it. He also came out to look at our refrigerator reset it and said if it doesn't work call me l will come back out. It didn't work he said it was the compressor and it was under warranty. He didn't even charge us for coming out. He suggested what to do to have a refrigerator very helpful.
Balance ring went out on my washer ,Louie came in and looked at it and said it was a bad washer but he could fix it but it probably wouldn't last he's an honest man and a great business man ,he gave me a great deal on a new washer with a guarantee..the washer I got was a great whirlpool ,large capacity just like I wanted ...Great job I will totally recommend you
Louie did an amazing job fixing my appliance. He even figured it out before he came. He was great to work with and had great customer service. Definitely have my appliance guy from now on out!
