After MONTHS (started in May) of waiting for Shawn to finish our “little” cabinet project, he has ONCE AGAIN failed to honor his word. He spoke with us on Dec 2nd and said our pantry piece was finally complete (5 months late) and said he would install either Tuesday or Wednesday THIS week! Yesterday came and went....not a word! Today has come and gone...NOT A WORD!!! I have never encountered such irresponsible, unprofessional, excuse-making treatment by any business or contractor in my entire life! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I must say that if Shawn would have simply responded to our e-mail, texts, and phone calls and completed the spice rack in the Pantry Cabinet, I would not be writing this negative review. He has forced our hand here.
Is is very unfortunate that I have to report that Bull-Zi's Owner and Operator Shawn Posey has failed to complete our cabinet project that we contracted with him in Mid-May 2020. We have paid over $8,300 to him and are almost entirely dissatisfied.
The craftsmanship is ok and finish is good. The customer service started out great but slowly went downhill and crashed.
