Subject Concern Regarding Staff Conduct During Appointment
Dear [Office Manager/Practice Administrator],
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the conduct of a staff member during my daughter’s recent appointment. This was our second visit to your office, and unfortunately, the experience was very discouraging. The staff member — a Black woman with glasses and a ponytail — displayed behavior that I found unprofessional. She was visibly cutting her eyes, snatching items, and interacting in a manner that felt dismissive and disrespectful. As a medical professional myself, I understand how demanding healthcare environments can be; however, professionalism and respectful communication are essential, especially when caring for children and interacting with parents.
This type of behavior creates unnecessary stress in what should be a supportive and reassuring environment for patients and families. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for others in the future.
I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this concern.

I am at the Urgent Care at Summerville Road. I've been coming here now for quite some years. This place has the best of care. Wonderful people with wonderful attitudes and very caring, from the receptionist to the Nurses to the Providers, I've never had a bad experience since I've been coming here.
