I had an unfortunate error with the website when my order didn’t go through properly and didn’t show on her end and I didn’t find out till I called to confirm delivery of the flowers. I explained what I had ordered and that it was my wife’s birthday that day. She made sure to get the flowers I had ordered delivered to me the SAME DAY.
