New owner, same outstanding service. I came in to get carpet for a room and the customer service as well as the deal offered - had en outraged me to do my kitchen and another bedroom. I was anticipating to purchase elsewhere but they had all I needed in stock. If they don't have what you need on stock, they'll get it for you in a couple days. The new manager (Drew) has great customer service and professionalism. He came to speak to us personally, he was hands on with helping get things done. We worked with Drew the owner and Lisbeth. Both were very friendly and helpful. We got a great deal! I would highly recommend. They treated us like family. Miss Judy who has been there over 30 years was instrumental in getting our order processed with her knowledge and expertise. Lisbeth was very sweet and fashionable. She had the cutest outfit 😍. I'm happy we went there for all our flooring needs. We will definitely be back if we need anything else for our floors!
