I had a fantastic experience at Rhonda's Barber Shop in Pell City, AL. Rhonda went out of her way to accommodate me on a Saturday, and I truly appreciate her flexibility. Not only was her service impeccable, but she also provided me with a great haircut at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Rhonda's Barber Shop for a top-notch experience and a fantastic haircut!
