All of the Vets are professional and extremely knowledgeable. My only area I would like to see them improve is in the wait time. I had to wait 30 min. past my appointment time to see a vet tech. This past week.
My first experience with a vet. I got a same day appointment, that surprised me. All the staff are very kind. They were so sweet and helpful. The doctor was more than efficient, explained everything clearly. I was worried about the cost. Thankfully, even that was easy! We'll be back, for any other problems!
I have been using Pell City Animal Hospital for two years now and they are a great vet group. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. Their doctors take the time to listen and evaluate your animal as best as they can. They are a great group! I would highly recommend them.
