About Cropwell Small Animal Hospital
Cropwell Small Animal Hospital, led by Dr. Sims, is highly regarded for its compassionate care and expertise. The staff, including Mrs. Tricia, is dedicated to providing support and updates throughout treatment. The hospital is known for its willingness to refer clients to other specialists when needed, making it a trusted choice for pet owners seeking quality veterinary care. Clients praise the team for their genuine devotion to caring, saving, and nurturing pets every time they visit.
The hospital has successfully treated various conditions, including severe infections and cancer, ensuring that pets are comfortable and well cared for. The team is quick to help, such as when they provided a capstar for a visiting dog with fleas, even when other clinics refused assistance. Many clients express gratitude for the positive outcomes, like saving a kitty in terrible shape requiring major surgery, and bringing pets back home healthy and happy. The staff's excellent work and 'bedside' manner leave a strong impression, with owners stating they would not take their animals anywhere else.
I truly can’t brag enough about Dr. sims, morgan, Trisha, and the rest of the care team. My precious whiskey had to stay a week with them due to swallowing a rock and he had to have surgery. They allowed me to visit him when I needed to and constantly updated me through his visit. They never made me feel like a burden and gave me so much comfort that whiskey wouldn’t be left sitting in a cage forgotten about. Dr. Sims truly pours his heart into what he does and it is breathtaking to witness. Thank you dr. Sims for saving my whiskey 🙏🐾
Needed a capstar for my mother's dog (who was visiting), and they were extremely helpful. I called my vet first and they would not help me because her dog was not a patient there. Her dog had fleas. Our dogs did not and do not, which I wanted to keep it that way. Cropwell Small Animal Hospital saved the day!
