The Ryan Clinic has been life changing for my physical and emotional health!! I came to the clinic frustrated and at a loss trying to cope with gut and sleep issues. From the moment I met Dr Helen, she made me feel welcomed & loved. I cannot say enough about her sweet spirit and knowledge of how to nourish the human body. She has helped restore my body’s ability to absorb nutrients to where I have energy and sleep great. I have also gained the skills on how to make better food & product choices. I feel the best I have felt in years!!! The staff is so kind & helpful. They are truly a joy to talk to on the phone and see when you first walk in for your appointment!!

I'm going to make an appointment Monday and this is why: yesterday I was hiking. I fell and broke my nose. Dr Ryan appeared like an angel. she helped calm me, changed her hiking route, took my dog's leashes and walked us two miles back out to the trailhead. she provided excellent advice about treating my face. Her calm, professional presence, and knowledge about healing were exactly what I needed. I can't wait for my first appointment! Thank you Dr. Ryan!

I honestly don’t know where to start. August 2022 my son went off to college, October 2022 he returned home very sick so I took him to the doctor. The hospital didn’t have one clue what was wrong and why a 19yr old athletic child was in full cardiac arrest. He stayed in ICVU for 3 weeks still no diagnosis. They sent him home with meds, heart monitor and tons of doctor appointments. I watched my child lose 45lbs in a month! I was horrified I would lose my child so I HAD to find an alternative.I was introduced to Stefanie at the Ryan Clinic. She created my son a strategic plan to get him better.
