She asked about my project, helped pick the perfect flooring including sending me home with the sample. From there, she came out to measure then we scheduled! She made it such an easy process and has amazing customer service. I greatly appreciate her approach and commitment to service. The installers arrived as scheduled and were fantastic! Even though I’m building out of town and won’t actually be purchasing my carpet through their store, Donna still went above and beyond helping me look through samples and options. She spent a lot of time with me, answered questions, and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process.

Bart was a pleasure to work with, and the installers were professional and efficient. Most importantly, they were incredibly careful around our freshly painted walls and baseboards.
