From the beginning, James was very up-front and honest about the process, the challenges, and the cost before we even signed a contract. Once we started the process, it moved very quickly. He and his team had each phase scheduled weeks in advance so we were aware of what was being done in our house. James was also able to adjust plans quickly when we decided to finish out the bathroom at the same time as the rest of the basement after construction began. My wife and I recently had an awesome experience with Reliable. They were professional, thorough, coutious and toke-on a scope of work that many contractors would not. The successful completion of the work required superior professional knowledge and skills. They also coompleted the work sooner than estimated.
