I was all broken down emotionally since I was anxious to get my new pair of lenses from optical prescription lab, I just loved when I had my last new pair of prescription lenses from them, the crisp sharp vision that I enjoy because I live near the ocean front, but a notorious person hacked the company email, and I became so illusional and confused believing it was really my favorite person at OPL name Paula that dealt with me through the years since I am a returning customer, I must apologize profusely to Paula and the rest of the staff who took it upon themselves at a lost to their company and provided me with my new pair of prescription lenses. Absolutely amazing experience with these wonderful people! Lori did an absolutely fantastic job helping me get some glasses made quickly and they turned out perfect! I picked up my glasses 23 hours after ordering them and you can't beat that kind of quick and courteous service. I have recommended OPL to everyone in my family and encourage anyone looking for any type of glasses to check them out first!!
