I has originally contacted Mr Buggs for a qoute on an 8 unit apartment that had a crawl space with termite damage in Nov 24, I received a qoute, shopped around and also it took some time for me to close on the property. Several months later in April I found Mr Buggs to be reasonably priced, excellent customer service on the phone, easy billing, reliable service, top notch job done complete with pictures during the process. Im very happy with the speed, the workmanship and the people in the office. Shout out to Mr Buggs, Gracie and all the team. If there were more stars to give I would give more. Definetly will be my go to for pest.

I want to thank Holly with Mr. Bugg’s she is so sweet and polite. She got a tech out for a yellow jacket nest in my mail box. (My mail carrier thanks her also and the tech) Every time anyone opened to put or get mail - they would fly out attacking. Thank you for being so kind and getting this handled quickly !!
