I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. The store is bright and open and Teri’s welcoming smile makes it all the better. We have been shopping with her for almost 15 years and I’ve never been in when she was out of stock of anything.
I am giving these specifics because we moved to Nashville and have not been able to find a Merle Norman that can even remotely compare. We still order from Teri and just have it shipped.

I took my sister here for her 40th birthday to get our second earring hole. I cannot say enough about Teri and her staff. Excellent, personable service! I definitely want to go back for makeup suggestions! Cannot recommend this location enough!

I want to thank my new friend Teri at Merle Norman in Pelham for her help with re-piercing my ears. I had let them grow up due to problems with metal allergies. I actually thought I needed to have someone pierce them all over again but Teri in her many years of experience believed the holes were still there. It took her a few minutes but she was able to wiggle through to re-open the original holes. She was very worried about my discomfort but I assured her the pain wasn’t that bad! I highly recommend Teri for piercing (or re-piercing)ears-she is very knowledgeable and kind !!
